8 years ago, we lost our beloved training officer. Firefighters trained by Malcolm can be found all over Jefferson County. Many of these firefighters now lead training for new firefighters. Its comforting to know that 8 years after his death Malcolm’s teachings are still standing strong in our community.

New Quint!
Last night the FCFEMS family got to see their newest apparatus. Quint 61 is a Peirce Enforcer 75’ aerial. Over the coming weeks it will be outfitted, and crews will begin training. Keep an eye out for Quint 61 to go on track in the coming months.
From the beginning Quint 61 was to be dedicated to Sgt. Kyle Adams and last night his family got to see it. Kyle will now and forever be a part of Fern Creek History.
